As you kow the past few weeks have been very stressful within our Group of Companies, following an approach we received out of the blue for the purchase of our lettings division.

I would like to record how supportive you have been to me, and my fellow Directors over the past few weeks with all the HR issues that are involved in such a time.  As you are aware, and I will not go into details, one employee in particular was rather obstructive following the announcement of the sale, and without all your support and guidance we would have not achieved what we have achieved today.

Your manner with all the staff was excellent and I know that this helped us through to the successful completion of the sale this week.
